Our products are available via electronic download only. We do not offer our products on CD ROM or any other media. No materials are shipped. The serial number and activation key will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours (Mon-Fri) after the actual purchase takes place.
If a software product does not match the specifications and requirements listed on the website or if it did not perform as indicated by the freely available trial version then we are happy to issue refunds within 30 days of buying product. Please email customerservice@ldapsoft.com if you think this is the case.
Due to our distribution method we can not refund/cancel software products for any other reason as there is no way for us to physically recall the product.
