Purchase Order
LDAPSoft accepts Purchase Orders issued by corporate customers, educational institutions and government agencies.
The minimum purchase amount for a PO is $400. Any order under $400 must be purchased on Credit Card.
If paying through purchase order, please send us your order on your company letterhead by email or fax (1-800-261-2462) and include the following information for us to process your order as soon as possible.
- Purchase Order Number
- Product Name and the quantity you wish to buy
- License holder's name
- License holder company
- License holder's email
- License delivery email
- Your company's billing address
- Buyers' name, telephone number and email address
- Authorized signature
To issue a Purchase order your purchase department may need a formal product quote. To obtain a quote, please contact our sales department.
If you include all of the required information, your order will be processed within 24-48 hours (Monday-Friday).
Note:
Please make sure you have specified Email as the shipping method and a valid email address on your PO.
Also please note that we do not offer our products on CD ROM or any other media. No materials are shipped. The serial number and activation key will be emailed to you with 24 hours (M-F) of receiving Purchase order. If you do not receive the license e-mail within 24 hours of sending Purchase Order, please check to make sure that your spam filters have not blocked e-mails from customerservice@ldapsoft.com and sales@ldapsoft.com from entering your mailbox. If you still do not receive the license e-email, please contact us by phone or use Live Help (Mostly available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm US Central Time).
Check
To place an order with a check, please contact LDAPSoft Sales Department with the following information to obtain a pro forma invoice:
- Your company's billing address
- Product name and the quantity you wish to order
- E-mail address, to which you would like us to send the pro forma invoice
The check must be payable to LDAPSoft Corporation, and should include the number of your invoice. Please mail your check to:
